I saw on KBYU's Create channel, "Lidia's Italy" where she demonstrated how to make Fried Creme. So I jumped on her website and pulled the recipe off. I finally got a chance to finish it up today and try it. Thanks for the help from Charity and Catherine! It was different but yummy!

You're welcome. I'm glad I was there to participate... and eat. They were very yummy. It's fun to try new things. Next time we should use a little almond extract.
