Spencer turns 30

Last Wednesday I celebrated my 30th birthday. My wife Faith made a wonderful Marble cake with white frosting. Faith did a great job, it was very tasty. Then on Friday I had birthday celebration party with both the Clark and Durfee family at Classic Skating in Layton. Thank you Chad and Rachael Henderson for reserving a party table. I'm glad both families had a good time and enjoyed themselves.

Spencer's Yummy Chicken Salad

Bet you didn't know that Spencer is becoming quite the chef. This is what was for dinner tonight.

Grilled chicken salad with strawberries, fresh cilantro, avocado and mango slices. He even made the dressing from scratched. Along with this yummy salad we enjoyed corn bread and lemonade. Isn't he amazing?
