Update

This is another one of those update post. Sorry, keeping the blog up to date is not one of my first priorities :). So, here goes, Spencer started working another new job. Right now he's in training, but in a few weeks he will be on the phones helping Verizon customers. So, far he's really interested in the stuff he's learning and I think this will be a good fit for him.

I also have had some big changes. I'm keeping super busy with working in SL for 3 hours a day on top of the couple of hours of work at home. And I have been called to be Primary President in my ward. It keeps me crazy busy, but I LOVE being in the Primary with those kids. They are the best!

Spencer did have a little break between jobs, so he helped me to achieve one of my home improvement jobs. We painted the hallways, replacing the yellow I didn't like, and refreshed the white in our kitchen. Here's some pictures of the hallways.

At first, when the paint went up I was afraid that it wasn't what I had hoped. But, once the paint dried it was great. Spencer did a really good job. Next painting project will be our living room.

Aine also had her 4th birthday. It was on a Sunday, so we celebrated all weekend long. We took our little family to dinner and made homemade mint chocolate chip ice cream. Grandma and Grandpa Durfee stopped by to give Aine her birthday present.

This is my lame attempt at decorating her cake. But her only request was to have every princess she could think of on it. So, she got exactly what she wanted and she was happy.

 Happy Birthday, Aine!
We had a birthday dinner and Grandpa and Grandma Clark's. Aine requested Lasagna and it was yummy!
At 4, Aine loves pre-school and growing big everyday. She can't wait to be 5 so she can go to "Emm-entry" School. She loves taking pictures with her new camera. I think we have every minute of her birthday documented on that camera. :) She also love to help me around the house. She is active and loves to rough house with her brother. She loves princesses, Dora, playing in the snow and riding bikes. She would play at the park everyday if we let her. She is super strong, can climb and swing from the monkey bars.

Lastly, winter has finally decided to show up. We've had a lot of snow. Last night was a huge dump, so of course the kids wanted to play in it. Here are some pictures:

I love all of the pictures! Good job on the paint job, I need to come out and see it. Only a few more weeks of school and then I'll have all the time in the world to come over and play...if you have time ;) Thanks for the update, I totally know how you feel about trying to catch up all of the time.
